Hi, since yesterday I have error IPC 6023 on 17 of my subscribed channels, the rest of them and all other channels all work fine.
Have done the normal 30 min reset, and also done a main reset talking to online chatbot. They are Now sending a new box but I've read posts saying that didn't work. Have also retuned. Broadband speed is download 32.9 and upload 9.6.
Any ideas of something new to try as we don't want to lose our recordings.

Can you also try a pin reset of the router - hold a pin or paperclip in the reset hole at the back for 10 seconds and this will fully reset the router.
Does this change anything. If not, test with the new box and let me know.
