Our apps were working fine yesterday, but today Netflix wouldnt open up. Now TV did however. Checked for software update (it was already up to date), checked for app updates but box said it couldnt do an update. Checked cables. Did the old switch off and on etc with router, adapters and box itself but that didn't work. Tried a soft reset. Tried factory reset keeping recordings. Resorted to factory reset deleting recordings and now no app is working. I checked the broadband connection in settings and all seems fine. Other devices are connecting so it's not an internet problem. Getting very frustrated now!
