Failed recording, screen freeze and unresponsive

Hi for a few weeks now we're having problems with talk talk box .

Most recordings either don't record or are cut short.

The screen keeps going black and when we try to select a channel nothing happens.

Switch off using the button on the back and the TV channels work for a day or so.

Also when problem occurs the red and blue lights on the front flash alternately.

How can we fix this please.

Hi

 

Try a Youview Maintenance Reset (Option 2: Keep Recordings).

Please note any future scheduled recordings will be lost and will have to be rescheduled.

 

Set the box back up and see if the performance improves.
