My Talktalk box will not record - whether I press the record button or try to schedule a recording - and all of my future records have vanished.

 

I have tried resetting the box and it doesn’t make any difference.

 

Please can I have a new box?

Hi

 

OK.  We can offer a replacement TV box however this would be a Lite Box (non recording).  TalkTalk no longer provide a recording box.   This stopped in January.
