Good evening,
I switched to faster fibre 150. The engineer came home today and installed everything.
after he left everything was working perfectly.
However at 11:45 the internet dropped and I can’t get it back on. The light is steady red now.
I’m working from home now and I’m a bit concerned I will not have Wi-Fi.
can someone advise please?

@Lorela Hoxja have u got it sorted out yet as could be a go live issue as was on the day of go live i am 150 customer from wednseday this week so hope to not have issue

I'm sorry to hear this. I've run a test on the line now which hasn't detected a fault. Have you now been able to connect since your last post?
