Faulty YouView Box

Please help...my YouView box keeps freezing part way through playing and recording programs for no reason. I’ve already tried several suggestions eg turning off and on and various system reset options to no avail. It been happening for several days now and is very frustrating. Please can you send me a new replacement box. Thanks.

Hi

 

If you have tried the maintenance reset then only option is to try the full factory reset from the settings menu.  This will clear any corruption from the hard drive and set it back up.

 

Try this and make a few test recordings, see what happens.
