Film voucher code not displaying

Frequently I use the voucher code as a credit against a film. Friday the July voucher was not showing, I contacted online chat who told me because it was the end on the month it had been taken off. I tried again over the weekend but the August voucher wasn't showing. I again contacted online help and was told it would show on the 3rd due to when my contact was set up. Today it still isn't showing. I've spent over 2 hours with online chat and got nowhere in resolving this. Any help?

Hi

 

Can you please add your home phone number or Account number to your Community Profile so I can locate your details.

 

If unsure of your phone number, simply dial 17070 from your land line phone and this will confirm the number for you.

 

Please post back on this thread when this has been done..

If you go to More TV then look under showcase, if you scroll down, is the code not being displayed.

No it's not there. I've checked where it usually is but it's not showing unless they have changed where it is displayed. I've tried switching off both router and box for 30 minutes.
