Help!! I dont want to renew my tv package!!!

  Contract  ends on 13th June.    I dont want a tv package at all. I dont want to renew it.  I will renew just the broadband but im not given any option to get rid of tv package.  Im paying outrageous amount for a tv service which i do not like and do not want.  How do i get rid of it???? Its already been costing me about £20 a month for 2 solid years and i do not want it to continue.

Hi @Ann_1963 go on, give them a try, you might even gets pleasant surprise on the cost of renewing your contract.

• Hi @Ann_1963 have you tried the loyalty team on 03451720046 ignore all the initial verbiage and answer cancel or loyalty when prompted. Any time after 10today..
