Huawei DN372T box STILL stuck on wakeup screen DESPITE numerous software and hardware resets

Hi,

 

As sated above, my Huawei DN372T TalkTalk box is STILL stuck on the startup screen despite my having been prompted on numerous occasions to perform a factory reset or software reset (all  flavours of which I've done at least a couple of times each), but which appeared to work before the problem returned shortly thereafter and which is now permanently stuck on the startup/ “Waking up” screen.

 

Please advise or send a replacement ASAP.

Have today sent the old one back with the following Royal mail tracking number:
