Hi

 

I'm having problems with my TV box. Lost access to Netflix etc. Not able to record. Intermittent access to TV guide etc.

 

I've followed the instructions for YVM102. My Talk Talk broadband is working well.

Can I get a new box please.

Hi

 

Are you able to test the box direct to the router bypassing the adapters ?

 

Are all lights green on the adapters ? 

 

Have you tried resetting the adapters and re-pairing them?

How is the TV box connected to the router, direct with a cable or via powerline adapters ?
