Hey
New to TalkTalk TV and recently received my Youview box.
It’s painfully slow, lagging through menu options. Sometimes commands take 5-10 seconds to respond or it needs restarting. I’ve tried all the usual resets, unplug etc and it persists. Sometimes it just has zero response and is becoming frustrating. Thanks!

I'm sorry to hear this.
Have you tried a maintenance reset? How to find maintenance mode?

As@fr8ys has said the staff will need your TT registered phone number to link your screen name to your account.
In the meantime it may be worth trying a factory reset from the main menu : Blue YV/Menu button on your remote > Up to the settings/cog wheel > Factory reset in the menu which will format the hard drive and reinstall the operating sytsten and all the latest apps.
