Huwawei Box Model DN372T not recording

My Huwawei Box Model DN372T, stopped recording yesterday and will no longer play back, previously viewed recordings. It has 57% available storage and I have tried rebooting it several times, but it still doesn't work. The box is also very slow in starting back up, if switched off for a reboot, any ideas to fix it?

They stopped providing the TV box that records earlier this year, @Langton256.

 

To cancel TV services, call 03451 720046.

 

This doesn't effect the rest of the contract. 

 

If you intend to leave Talktalk altogether it's the same contact number, open from 9am to 7pm on weekdays. You will be liable for early termination fees if you are more than 30 days from the end of your contract.

Another Openreach serviced provider can do a switch for you if you contact them and say you want to keep your phone number.

Hi Karl do TalkTalk not do any boxes anymore, that record? The only programmes we watch are all recorded and then viewed at our leisure? If you don't do boxes that can record, how do I cancel my contract as this is a very outdated mode of viewing television?

I can replace the TV box for you however TalkTalk no longer supply a recording box, and only provide the lite box.

VERY BAD IDEA, no difference, slow box, no recording of programmes or ability to watch pre viewed recordings, also we have lost access to Netflix which we pay TalkTalk directly £5.99 a month for...........after 14 years of being a customer, I am very unhappy.
