hi i am getting error 6017 on my second box
My main box has been fine . My second room box is now showing this IPC6017 and did also ask if if i wanted to make this a primary box which from memory i do not .
i am really confused as its been working alright for ages but i have seen this message around 12 months or more ago and was rectified by turning multiroom on my account .
Has this been turned off again
This error seems quite common still

I have had this a couple of times and pressed yes on the second box and set it up. Occasionally I then have to then do this again on the first box following this but, usually I don't.
I am assuming that the multiroom was original set up by TT engineer.

Can you go to MORE TV from the Settings menu and choose some Boost on demand content and let me know if it plays.
Then try one of your Boost channels again and let me know if the same error occurs.
I did the above which didnt rectify it
