When viewing the menu or any free view and HD channels the image being displayed is lagging, showing a series of horizontal lines in columns across the majority of the screen. When the image is static the issue is not as bad.
I have reset, changed hdmi cables and tested separately to the box. Tv is working correctly and when using a fire stick no image issues are present.
The box is 7 months old. Any ideas?

Can you try a Youview Maintenance Reset (Option 2: Keep Recordings).
Set the TV Box back up and see if performance improves.
