The lights on my TV are not glowing the middle blue one is hardly visible and the remote doesn’t operate the on/off function, Any ideas please

really disappointed about that, I will send the box you have sent back as it’s no use to me if it doesn’t do what my current box does, thanks for your reply

They may be available for purchase from third-party resellers, but not from TalkTalk.

TalkTalk stopped providing the recording box at the start of the year and now only provide the Lite Box.
