Loss of HD Channels and Box Keeps Freezing

Hi

 

Been having trouble with my TalkTalk Box that keeps losing HD channels and also causes the box to freeze and requires me to reboot it everytime it does

 

I have tried to do factory reset but still have the same problem

 

Box seems to be faulty and wondering how i go abouts to getting a replacement one sent out 

 

Box type : Huawei DN360T
