I lost a few channels recently. I retuned as advised and they have gone completely.
Today i got a call supposedly from your salez team asking me to sign up to NOWTV.
Is this right?

Are you referring to Freeview channels or Boost channels ?
If freeview channels, connect your aerial to your TV directly and retune and see if the channels show on your TV.
