TalkTalk are removing boosts from 1st August and suggesting swapping to NowTV.

We’ve found that posting in someone else’s conversation makes it harder to follow when looking for an answer.
It’s easier and quicker if we can chat with you in a single thread, if you start your own thread, that will keep our community organised and help others with a similar problem.

I have found myself having to do this and the NowTV is hopeless, as I cannot access it properly. I just spent almost 2 hours on the phone to the supposed customer services number this morning without being able to resolve this and I am very unhappy.
I was sent a new box to replace one which had gone wrong, around the same time as being swapped to the Now TV Entertainment Boost. After nearly a month I still cannot access the Now TV package which I am paying for. Having taken ages to actually locate it on the TV (as my new box was sent with absolutely no instructions as to how the new remote works), I located the Now TV app and tried to get in to it to watch the programmes I'm being charged for. Having put in what I know is the correct user name and password - as I have used the same to sign into this forum! - I keep getting the message 'sorry, we did not recognise either your username or password'. I just keep getting directed back to the nowtv.com/talktalk website to supposedly either create an account or recall my user name and password. I am using the same username and password as I do here in order to try to sign in on the TV but it is simply not working. I am now completely unable to access stuff I am paying for.
Worse still, the customer service phone line was totally unable to help after 2 hours and I had to hang up after being bounced around various different agents who could barely speak intelligibly. I'm now looking for ways to get out of my contract as I am so dissatisfied with what is going on and the total lack of help.
