Worked absolutely fine until this morning, I have no channels to watch when I go on my guide. I have tried retuning and it only finds 1 channel. I have checked all the cables and the aerial and rebooted the box twice and still nothing

So there are no channels showing on the TV with the aerial connected directly to the TV ?

What happens if you plug the aerial directly into the TV and bypass the box? Do you get channels there after a retune?

 

If not, then it's an aerial issue and you will need to contact a local installer.

 

If you get channels on the TV but still not through the box, please let us know.
