When we first got the talk talk tv box we didn’t need it. We now do and can’t find it anywhere! Is there Any chance of a new one being sent out as the tv is part of my package.

The TV Box was supplied over 4 years ago now, and the TV Charge is also not applied.
To request a TV Box, you can speak to our customer Loyalty and have the TV Charge added and request a box.
Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

Wow! When did you get it, how come did you not need it then, but you do now? TV is included in all packages, regardless of having a box.
