Missing Sky Channels.

Since Sky one has changed to Sky Max it seems to be missing off my TV subscription. My subscription hasn't changed and I have all the other sky channels that I was getting before. I have tried retuning but no change. Please advise me on what else I could do. Thank you

Sorry, always get those 2 mixed up. The channels launched / changed in September, but there was an issue with Sky Max going live on our platform so there has been a delay with this channel.
