I have been with TalkTalk for many years and have a very old TV box...very very slow and can’t get latest software updates therefore unplugged.
I still have TV showing in my accounts page which I presumably pay for, can not take up any of the latest offers Because the tv box so old, cannot record programs anymore has I have had to unplug the tv box..so so slow and out of date.
The cost of TV needs removing from my account or a new TV box supplied.
Can someone provide help as to the best way forward.Thanks
