My YouView box stuck on one channel

My YouView box appears to be not working properly. It is stuck on one channel and rebooting comes back to the same channel. The remote has no control (even with new batteries ☹️). Help!!

Thanks for your help. It has been confirmed that there is a problem with the box and a replacement is on route. Regards

Yes thanks, I tried all the resets etc but to no avail. TalkTalk telephone centre confirmed there is a problem with the box and a replacement is on route. Regards

Have you tried to reset the remote?

 

If that failed have you tried a maintenance reset to the box?

 

Can you change the channel using the buttons on the front of the box?
