My Youview box has stopped working - DN372T

The TV Talktalk handset stopped working whilst scanning MyTv, put new batteries in handset, no joy. Tried switching box on and off, no joy.  Tried resetting box as per TT guide, no joy.  Disconnected box from TV and attached antennae directly and 143 channels available for access but of course no MyTV, iplayer or Netflix.  So logic says box (DN372T) is broken.  Have reattached box numerous times and used TV buttons to check settings but TV screen just says, and is stuck on, Programmes are not Stored and when I did Digital Auto Tune it stated Number of Services(channels) Found was 0 (zero).  So again conclusion is that the box has retired from service....unless anybody has any (positive) suggestions?

Hi

 

Can you please add your home phone number or Account number to your Community Profile so I can locate your details.

 

If unsure of your phone number, simply dial 17070 from your land line phone and this will confirm the number for you.
