My talktalk plus box has stopped recording and playing recordings.

I recently changed to the NOW tv subscription and cancelled my talktalk tv boost but still pay £4 per month tv to talk talk. I was told at the time I would still be able to record, but now recordings are failing to record and old recordings won't play. Please help. I have restarted my box ?

Hi

 

You will be unable to record from Now TV or any boost that has been removed, but can record freeview.

 

When a boost is removed all recordings from that boost will stop working.

 

This is a licencing restriction from the broadcaster.
