My youview box has been working perfectly for over the last year, but in the last month I can't record anything. I've done hard and soft reset and even deleted all my recordings and done a factory reset but still no joy. If I set something to record it will record about 4 minutes and that's all. Someone please help me with this as I'm at my wits end and out of ideas, thanks

If you have tried the full factory reset from the settings menu and this has also failed, then not much can be done for the box, and it cannot be repaired.
