We recently received an email from Talk Talk suggesting that we subscribe to the NOW TV Sky Cinema Pass, instead of the existing TalkTalk TV Sky Cinema boost, reducing the price from £8.99 per month to £5.99. We agreed to the new subscription and then received a second email, requesting the cancellation of the existing TalkTalk TV Sky Cinema boost.
The email advised to log onto the new service, via the App on the Talk Talk TV Box. We did so and were able to view the Entertainment channels. When we tried to view a film, either from the Library or live, the system advised that we needed to sign up to a 7 day trial, followed by a charge of £14.99 per month going forwards.
What is the point of the "upgrade" when the service is reduced? We want to revert to the original service we were receiving.

Can you log onto Now TV via the website and check the pass that is showing. Is it showing the Movie pass correctly, or the entertainment pass.
Will it also allow you to watch the movie correctly via the Now TV Website etc ?
