I have a problem since receiving a replacement router and cannot get TalkTV. I have tried all recommended solutions and still nothing doing. It seems that one of the network connectors is not working as no connection at all as they are not pairing ,even done factory reset. Can you replace these please as I am 86 years of age and not very mobile.

If unsure of your phone number, and if your line is working simply dial 17070 from your land line phone and this will confirm the number for you. Alternatively these details can be found within My Account online or may be on the heading of any paperwork you have received.
