My parents have just upgraded to 65/calls/tv package. The broadband has gone live but they’ve not received a tv box. Is this sent automatically? Previously they had basic broadband and phone line so they’ve not previously had a box.

A TV box is only sent if specifically requested when placing the order, and it is added for a one off charge of £25.
If no box was specifically requested and added to the order, then none would be sent. If you call our customer loyalty teams directly, then they can add this to the order.
