You sent me a replacement box after the old one stopped working (did not get through waking up stage). I set up the new box and it will not switch on at all. I’ve worked through all the advice and attempted resets as did a more technologically minded friend (to make sure I wasn’t the problem!). All to no avail - the new box is not working. Can I please request a replacement.
