Hello. My tv box is not connecting to the Internet. My nephew connected the TV box and router directly and it worked again and then retried with the powerlines and it would not connect again. So it is connected with a cable at the moment but it is not ideal as it is a trip hazard. Could I have some replacement powerlines to try please? Thank you.

(I had help to write this, I'm 85)
