No TTTV Box but I'm paying for it

Im confused...... I have been paying for Faster Fibre for the past year, I've recently upgraded to Fibre 65, which is great, it says I can access the good stuff through my TTTV Box, but I dont have one.  I can't recall ever having one.  The last box I had was a BT one when I was with BT and that was over 2 years ago, I havent had a TV for 2 years.  I have recently bought one however.

What gives?  Do I have to purchase a box?

Weve found that posting in someone elses conversation makes it harder to follow when looking for an answer.

 

Its easier and quicker if we can chat with you in a single thread, if you start your own thread, that will keep our community organised and help others with a similar problem.

 

Check your home phone number or account number are also added to your Community Profile as that will really help us to find your details quicker.

Thank Karl, I don't recall seeing a check box for selecting a box when upgrading to Fibre 65?  I dont suppose you have the phone number for customer loyalty at hand do you?  I'll give them a yell.

Hi

 

A TV box is only supplied if you requested one when placing the original order.

 

If a TV Box is required, give our customer loyalty teams a call and they can add this for you.  There is usually a small charge, about £25 for the TV Box.
