Have ordered a TV Box via customer services to replace my broken one 4 times and each time they have placed the order then the next day they have cancelled the order -is anyone else being let down by such an incompetent customer service?

I can see a number of box orders have been placed.  These have been ordered incorrectly and so keep cancelling.

 

I've ordered a box for you now, with the correct code and type, so this should go through to our logistics teams to dispatch.

Have entered phone number.  Have to factory reset box each time I use.  Told box broken and I would be sent a new one.  This has been sent 4 to es now and 4 times order cancelled within 24 hours with no explanation and customer services don't know why either!!!

Hi,

 

Can you please add your home phone number to your Community Profile so I can locate your details.

 

If unsure of your number, simply dial 17070 from your land line phone and this will confirm the number for you.
