For 2 months now I have been unable to rent films every time I do it comes up with code TTG 237 and says I've used all my allowance. Despite contacting talk talk via live chat numerous times the issue is still not resolved. I've tried everything from rebooting to updating and getting nowhere fast I just keep getting passed from one department to another.

I've removed the associated TV boxes from the system. Go To MORE TV on the TV box and choose some content and this will re-register the box.
