Youview recordings made when viewer watching Amazon Prime, register the recording has been made, date and time but when the recording is played the picture is black.
This has happened a couple of times and is clearly a ‘bug’ with Youview software, box or TalkTalk.
Can someone communicate this to TalkTalk for them to rectify?

Can you try a Youview Maintenance Reset and set the box back up, then test again and see if this still happens.
