Hi

Please can someone help me. I've used the talk talk box to purchase the Now Sports App.. scanned QR Code - paid for offer... Still cannot watch Sports channel on tv via box. I've been in contact with NOW TV since 10:30 this morning. Their advice has wiped all my recorded programmes...

How do I watch the sports channel please

Hi LD Coupar

as advised, if you select the Now TV App, you will need to first sign in with your Now TV Credentials.

When the field is selected, press OK to pop up an on screen keyboard and you can hen enter the email address and password you use for Now TV.

You have to use the app. You cannot view channels via the EPG, as these relate to the old boosts which will soon disappear.

On opening the app, sign in with your NowTV credentials.
