Hi, I got a boost last night and I got an error saying 'subscription channel unavailable'. I came on here and another customer kindly recommended pressing enter twice, which I did which fixed it. However, today it is not working again. It just takes me to a page telling me to buy a Now TV pass. What do I do please? I bought the pass because I want to watch the cricket which starts shortly. Thanks!

Can you try a Youview Maintenance Reset (Option 2: Keep Recordings).
Set the TV Box back up and see if the app will log in.

I can long in on my laptop and phone. The TV does not work. I have rung 6 times (!) and after the last 50 min call was told someone would call me back on Tues or Weds!!!

Are you signed in on the app ?
Can you check your username / password works ok on another device for Now TV ?
Check if any passes are showing.
