Had Now for a while. Moved house and bought TT, now cannot access. Only got box in Feb and tried all restart suggestions. Very frustrating that I cannot access a service I am paying for.

Hi

 

Are you accessing Now TV via the Now App.  Channels cannot be accessed from the guide, only by using the Now TV App on the box.

 

Have you signed into this with your Now TV Account details ?
