Now TV does not respond to any commands

I have taken out a one week trial for Now TV Entertainment. The first night we managed to watch a couple of programmes, but the NOW TV app was slow to respond to our commands. The second night the menu appeared, with "continue watching" but whenever we entered our choice a flag appeared saying "add to watchlist" and every time we entered that, it would just always flip back to the main menu. Please advise, as we would like to watch and subscribe, but obv not if Talktalk cannot provide

Try a Youview Maintenance Reset  and this will remove and reinstall the app, then retest.
