If you want to keep offering the current box cheaply that's up to you.
But please intrduce a premium box, preferably made by Humax, Panaasonic or another quality manufacturer. Charge more, but give more.
It would be even better if you offered a high quality box to everyone - it would help to clear the reputation you have for cheap, shoddy equipment.
