This is soooo annoying this happened a month ago, took all day to get through to someone who said I needed a new box, gave me all the sales chat that he was giving me a amazing deal and sending me a amazon thing (like a alexa I can't remember the name but it never arrived anyway) its happened again now I've tried all the ways to reset it and nothing, how can a brand new box only last a little over a month 🤷♀️🤷♀️
