Hi I opted out of the tv charge as I don't use boosts . however I have noticed that I now can't seem to record new tv programmes? I have access to freeview on demand as normal but for some reason I can't record new programmes whixh I set up at the beginning of each week.
Is this because of the charge or a fault?
