I want to add the Now TV and Sky Sports package. I have spoken to 2 people in customer services and applied online twice via My Account.  Despite being told I would receive a voucher code within  ONE HOUR 5 days ago. Nothing!!!!!

Hi

 

The code is sent to the registered email used for online billing.  Can you check the email you are using is active and you do receive your billing notifications.

 

If it is active check all spam folders incase it has been redirected etc.
