I responded to an email earlier in the week to pause my sky sports boost. My bill has been produced this morning and lo and behold the charge is still showing.
anyone else had the same problem?
we have decide to cancel the boost as my current offer is due to end soon anyway. I assume this will reflect in a credit to my next bill.

Bills are produced in advance and depending on cut off dates this can happen.
The credit will appear on your next Bill and if you have overpaid th is will reduce your next bill.
