One of our power adaptors has completely died. There are no lights on at all. We have tried all the tips and troubleshooting ideas that we have read in the startup pack and in your online help but it has made no difference. We can’t watch ITV hub or Itv player? Please can you arrange to send us a replacement power adapter ASAP.

Go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard; make sure you put in your landline phone number and a fallback mobile phone number; click finish to save.
