Powerline adaptor broken

Hi

One of my powerline adaptors has stopped working for no reason. There has been no change to the set up that has been working for a few years since the last time this happened. I have tried rebooting everything and re-pairing but one of the adaptors is just completely dead. 
Please can you send a new one (or pair ifthey have to be sold in pairs) as soon as possible as it is very annoying not have all the catch up channels or Netflix or even the guide working.

Hi, I think I have done this now but let me know if you can't see the details you need. Or if you give me an email address of someone I can message privately to give my postal address or something that would be fine.
