Have changed batteries, reset remote & tv box. Volume control still not working

Hi

 

Can you please add your home phone number or Account number to your Community Profile so I can locate your details.

 

If unsure of your phone number, simply dial 17070 from your land line phone and this will confirm the number for you.

Hi

 

Try 

 

Press 1 & 6 together for 3 seconds – Red LED turns on.

 

Enter code : 9 8 1

 

Red light will blink and remote will be set to Factory Settings.

 

Enter the code for the TV and see if the remote will operate the volume.
