Hello

I have a problem with the remote, it has stopped working 3-4 times today and never done it before. I tried a different remote I had and same issue. I did the reset (1 and 6) and few times with both. I also reset the box a few times and after resetting the box it worked for a bit and then started having issues again. Now all buttons work except the power, so I have to physically switch off the tv.

Can you help? What else can I try?
