Our TV box will not record or playback. We have carried out 2 factory resets to no avail. We have had intermittent problems with the box since we received it in September - failure to record planned programmes, failure to respond to remote control, not able to playback, picture freezing etc, but it has usually worked after switching whole system off, waiting, then restarting. This time the problem is constant and we are unable to use the recording/playback functions at all, leading to a great deal of frustration. Any help would be most welcome!

I'll get the box replaced and send a returns bag for the other.
