I received a replacement TV box as my old one had become very unresponsive.
i get to the start set up screen, but my remote control won’t sync with the box.
i’ve had a replacement remote sent out also which also doesn’t work.
as there’s no “okay” button on the box itself I’m unable to start the set up of the new box.
all cables are connected correctly at the back.
any ideas if I’ve done something wrong/ need to do something else?
